Support for Families in Ramsey County
Resources to Provide Stability for Families
We offer up to five months of case management for families with children under age 17 in Ramsey County. Our case managers provide one-to-one support for families and assistance accessing community resources in variety of areas including:
Your Family’s Health
- Mental health and crisis counseling
- Resources to stay clean and sober
- Parenting help
- Medical needs
Basic Needs
- Food and clothing
- Housing resources
- Safety from violence at home
- Academic success
Financial Needs
- Financial assistance
- Job training and search
- Money management
Who is Eligible?
This program is open to parents who are pregnant or have at least one child 17 years old or younger, and meet at least one of the following factors:
- Homeless or displaced
- Poverty
- Chemical dependency
- Domestic violence
- Having difficulties with parenting and/or children’s behavior
- Experienced abuse or neglect as a child
