Often, parents who utilize Crisis Nursery don’t have trusted friends or family members to take care of their children while they deal with challenging situations. Parents who are dealing with crises such as sudden illness, housing problems, divorce or separation, financial strains, or other challenges, may need time alone to resolve the crisis or to get to appointments.

When a parent or legal guardian needs support and a safe place for their children to stay, they can contact Crisis Nursery to request short-term (up to three days) emergency care for their children — infant to 12 years old.
