About the Center for Changing Lives Minneapolis

the center for changing lives minneapolis

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota opened the Center for Changing Lives Minneapolis in 2008. It is a partnership of mission driven private and government organizations providing health and human services, as well as affordable housing for children, adults and families of the greater Minneapolis and Phillips Park area.

The mission of the Center for Changing Lives Minneapolis is to bring people together, transform lives and create a vital community. It is located in the heart of Minneapolis’ Phillips West neighborhood, and is a place where individuals and families can thrive. We provide a welcoming space where community members can connect and share a meal, volunteer, see work by local artists and find resources.

We invite everyone to take part in the extraordinary things that are happening here.
