Jen Fairbourne
Jen, who leads Metro Homeless Youth Services, loves working with resilient young people who are without a place to stay. She also knows what it means to be on her own as a youth.
Dawn Koosmann
Dawn first came aboard LSS as an Accounts Receivable clerk. Now she serves as the senior manager of LSS Property Services, providing property management and support at the Center for Changing Lives in Minneapolis, Family Building in Minneapolis, Christ River of Life in Minneapolis, University Building in St. Paul, and commercial buildings.
Miata Getaweh
Miata is currently associate Vice President of Human Resources. She joined LSS as a Human Resources Manager. Early in her career, she was a Direct Support Professional supporting people with disabilities. She shared that her work in direct service shaped her passion for service and helped her prepare to be a better servant leader.
