Leslie Carnegie-Hilde

Leslie began working with MNH&V in 2009 as the Upper Northwest Parent Guide and in 2021 she added the role of Event Coordinator. 

Leslie lives in the upper northwest region; she has two children; one with typical hearing and one who has a hearing loss. Leslie grew up in and resides in Northwest Minnesota, and is the first out of four children, with her daughter being the only one in the family who is DHH. 

Family connection is of high importance to Leslie, knowing just how isolating it can be living in Greater Minnesota. She shares this passion through the events offered both online and across the state, keeping our families connected.

Some favorite pastimes include photography, arts, traveling, collecting, flower gardening, and spending time at the lakes with family.
