Starting May 9th, 2018, PICS will be sending employees their paystubs by email

Monday, May 07, 2018

Employees will be able to view, print, and save copies of their own paystubs.  Employees will receive an emailed pay stub the morning of each payday. The emailed paystub will look the same as the paystubs sent by mail.

Transitioning to emailed pay stubs will provide a “paperless” solution which is cost effective and environmentally friendly. This action represents yet another step forward in providing a more efficient and productive way for PICS and the Payroll Department to provide timely information to the employees we serve.

Now more than ever, PICS is looking for ways to be green, while maintaining security. Doing away with paper pay stubs in favor of an electronic copy is a great way to do just that. Not only will paperless pay stubs save paper, time and postage, they are also popular with employees. Paperless pay stubs allow employees to view their pay details securely, anywhere and anytime.

Employees will receive both a paper and email copy until the end of May. After May, employees will receive paystubs only through email.

No email on file? Employees without an email address on file will continue to receive paystubs by mail.
