Services for Older Adults

Associations and Organizations

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS) is committed to developing mutually beneficial partnerships with associations and organizations that serve and support the health and well-being of older adults and their caregivers.

Service Referral Partners

LSS staff provides referrals to agencies and associations that serve older adults. In addition, many of the people we serve are referred by organizations that offer complementary services. Referrals to LSS are typically made directly from services in the older adult’s community.

Caregiver training and education

Training and education sessions are provided on many caregiver-related topics.  These groups are given to community church groups, senior providers, and other organizations.  The goal is to find, support, and inform family caregivers.
