Education and Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and Communications, Master’s Degree in Counseling – University of Wisconsin, Superior

Professional Experience: Located in Duluth, Lynn Gerlach-Collard is a life-long area resident who has devoted her entire adult life to improving the lives of youth, especially young people in crisis. Her passion is to help them find stability, caring adult connections and a positive direction in life. She manages the LSS Renaissance transitional housing for youth, providing safe housing for up to 18 months, life skills training and counseling support. She also oversees Street Outreach work in which youth counselors set out to connect with youth in areas where they gather to offer assistance.
