Substitute Decision-Making: Power of Attorney, Guardianship, and Conservatorship

Join us to discuss some of the concepts that underlie substitute decision-making. Daniel Blakley from LSS, will help caregivers to better understand the roles of power of attorney, guardian and conservator.

The Minnesota Stroke Association is presenting this educational session about care-giving through the Caregiver Advocacy and Resource Education (CARE) program. The program will include 30 minutes social time for caregivers to connect and benefit from the experience, skills and wisdom of other caregivers. This valuable session is brought to you at no cost through generous funding provided by the Live Well at Home Grant.
