Building The Center for Changing Lives
As seen from Superior Street
The Center for Changing Lives will become a model for solving the problems of youth homelessness across Minnesota.
The approximately 27,000 square foot building will be modest, flexible, attractive and constructed to Minnesota Green Communities standards—reducing long-term operating costs and dramatically improving the healthfulness and quality of the building’s indoor environment. It will be located on Superior Street between 14th and 15th Avenues East. It will include:
Walk-in Teen Health Center, offices, retail space and an outdoor plaza
Affordable supportive apartments with bedroom, full bathroom, eat-in kitchen and living area
