LSS has established dozens of collaborative partnerships; a few examples are featured below.

    FP_CFCLfamilCenter for Changing Lives

With the opening of the Center for Changing Lives, LSS brought together uncommon service partners to provide housing and support services. Together with our partners, Messiah Lutheran Church, Kleidoscope Place, Suitably Yours, and virtually all levels of government, we give new expression to the power inherent in partnerships. The Center for Changing Lives transforms how we deliver social service and serves as a model of innovation and collaboration.
